30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can either return the item or request an exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment, less shipping charges.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS PLACED ON MomoBaby.COM
Simply create an account at the time of checkout, and all future orders you place with your account on MomoBaby.com are entitled to free standard shipping to addresses in the Continental U.S. and free return shipping on all returns. *Please note, free return shipping only applies to orders returned within the 30-day return window. All orders returned outside of the 30-day window will not qualify for free return shipping and will be subject to a restocking fee- no exceptions.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
To get your free return shipping label, simply email us at info@momobaby.com. Please note that all returned items must be in original, non-damaged, or new condition with no obvious signs of use. Keep all original tags and packaging in the case of a return or exchange. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all items returned without the original tags, and a 20% restocking and handling fee for all items not returned in it's original packaging.

USED ITEMS
To insure that we are only selling the finest quality merchandise to our customers, we must make sure returned merchandise has not been used. For apparel items, this could include items that are worn or laundered. All items must be returned to us in the exact same condition it was received. If a return is denied, you will be notified. Merchandise will be returned to you and you will incur an additional shipping charge.
DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
Any items damaged during shipment should be reported within 5 days of receipt. We ask that the damage is documented by taking a picture of the merchandise and shipping carton that it came in.
